Request activation code
You didn’t receive the code?
Generally it only takes several minutes to send the code, depending on the performance of your provider’s email server. If you do not immediately receive the message that we have sent we suggest you:
- make sure that you are looking in the correct e-mail inbox associated with your username
- wait a few minutes
- check the spam folder or filters
If after waiting a reasonable amount of time you do not receive the message containing the activation code, please request for the data to be resent.
